Kicking off the 2026 season, the World Freestyle Football Showdown lands in Calgary for a spectacular two-day celebration of skill, creativity, and competition. Delivered in partnership with Calgary Tourism, The Good Games, and SWRL, this event will bring together elite international athletes and rising talents for high-level battles, showcases and fan engagement experiences.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Calgary, the showdown will spotlight the artistry and athleticism of freestyle football while welcoming fans, families and newcomers into the culture of the sport. This event represents WFFA's continued commitment to delivering premium competitions and growingthe freestyle football community across North America.

United Kingdom World Open & Community Meets

WFFA heads to the UK for a series of community meets and a World Open Competition that will unite athletes from across the region and beyond. These events are designed to encourage participation at all levels, from grassroots to elite while strengthening the local and international freestyle network.

European Open - Portugal

The European freestyle scene takes center stage in Portugal with a high-energy European Open Competition. Athletes will battle for titles, rankings, and recognition on a continental stage, as WFFA continues to elevate competitive pathways and visibility for the sport through Europe.

Official World Championship - Asia

This year will culminate with the Official WFFA World Championship hosted in an iconic location in Asia. This flagship event will bring together the world's top athletes to compete for the highest honors in freestyle football.
